When contacted by phone, mail or in person about an accident, claim or lawsuit, IMMEDIATELY call:

After calling the LIPCA Claims Office directly, you need to notify your local insurance agent if applicable.
Calls are answered from 7:30am to 4:30pm CT. For claims called in before or after hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
When reporting a General Liability claim, have readily available:
- Insured's Name and or Policy Number
- Date of Loss / Occurrence
- Location of Loss / Occurrence
- Brief description of Loss / Occurrence
